Café gourmand - Blueberry financiers recipe
Ingredients
- 360g icing sugar
- 130g ground almonds
- 135g flour
- 4g baking powder
- 3g salt
- 12 egg whites
- 200g butter
- 35g stabilizer
- 125g blueberry
Preparation
Put the sugar, almonds, flour, baking powder, salt and stabilizer in a mixing bowl.
Then fold in the egg whites using a whisk.
Clarify the butter.
Filter it then add it to the mixture.
Mold the financiers and add blueberries on the top.
Bake at 180°C.
