Café gourmand - Honey madeleines recipe
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 230g sugar
- 340g flour
- 14g baking powder
- 130cl milk
- 170g butter
- 1 zest of lemon
- 1 zest of orange
- 35g honey
Preparation
Blanch the eggs and sugar.
Place the flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
Then add all this to the mixture (eggs and sugar) and add the milk.
Melt the butter with the orange & lemon zests and the honey.
Mix the whole with a whisk.
Lastly, lay the madeleines out on the baking tray and bake at 180°C.
