Honey flamed bananas recipe
Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoon of honey
- 40g butter
- 10cl rum
Preparation
Peel the bananas and cut them in half then sprinkle them with the juice of the lemon.
Melt the butter in a frying pan.
Add the bananas and lemon juice.
Coat with honey.
Cook for 6min, rolling the bananas in the butter-honey mixture until caramelized.
Remove from the heat, pour the rum over, and light a flame.

For hungry diners, count two bananas each! It's so good!
