800g Raclette cheese in slices

Delicatessen (Savoie Ham, coppa, viande des grisons...)
Preparation
Prepare the cold cuts.
Cut the cheese into slices.
Serve the cooked potatoes, cold meats, salad, gherkins and cheese, to be melted with the raclette machine.
