Diots with polenta recipe

Ingredients
- 300g polenta express (1 volume of polenta for 3 volumes of water)
- 4 Diots sausages
- 1 soup spoons of oil
- 2 shallots
- 1 glass white wine
Preparation
Prick the sausages then brown them in a frying pan in hot oil.
Add the finely cut shallots.
As soon as the sausages soften up, pour the white wine in along with a little water.
Season and leave to simmer for roughly 20min.
Pour the polenta into boiling salted water.
Stir and cook for roughly 7min.
Remove from the heat, cover, and leave to swell for a few moments.
Serve as an accompaniment to the diots.
